In the name of God, the most gracious, the most merciful

May peace and blessings be upon the most honorable of messengers, our Master Muhammad, and upon all his family and companions

I congratulate you and our members of the Contractors Federation in Islamic Countries on the launch of the website of the Contractors Federation in Islamic Countries to be the link between all federations, unions, and Islamic bodies working in the field of contracting, building, and construction. It will include rich content of news, activities, and events related to the contracting sector and information about building and construction projects as well as data, statistics, prices of raw materials, equipment, machinery, labor wages, and sources of supply in the Islamic countries that are members of the Federation.

I would like here to extend my sincere thanks to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for their efforts to register the federation in the Kingdom and sign the headquarters agreement, and also thanks to the gentlemen of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, the statutory umbrella of the federation, and the gentlemen of the Islamic Development Bank for their efforts in continuing to support the building of the Contractors Federation in countries. I extend my thanks to my fellow members of the Board of Directors for their tireless efforts to achieve the goals of the Federation and the aspirations of the contracting sector in Islamic countries and their keenness to support all efforts aimed at establishing the Federation, despite the difficulties and challenges that faced its establishment.
It is also appropriate here to recall the decision of the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers held at its thirty-third session in Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan, in the period from 23 to 25 Jumada al-Awwal 1427 AH, corresponding to the period from 19 to 21 June 2006 AD, to accept the affiliation of the Federation of Islamic Countries Contractors to the Organization of the Islamic Conference (currently an organization Islamic Cooperation), as well as the organization’s request from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to cooperate with the Federation in accordance with the Kingdom’s regulations followed in providing the opportunity to host the headquarters of the Contractors Federation of Islamic Countries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia based on the approval of the General Assembly of the Federation in its meeting in Jeddah Governorate in the Kingdom on 4/30. / 1444 AH, corresponding to 11/24/2022 AD, by choosing the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the headquarters of the Federation, which comes in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 and the directives of the wise leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince Chairman of the Council Ministers - may God protect and protect them - to be the headquarters of many regional and international organizations and bodies.
We ask God for success, success, and prosperity in serving the Islamic enterprise, so that it can play its desired role in achieving comprehensive and sustainable economic development for our Islamic countries on solid foundations of development, sophistication, prosperity, and the well-being of our peoples in the present and in the future.
In conclusion, I hope that this website of the Federation will be the best help for the contracting, construction, and monetization sector in Islamic countries to achieve the lofty goals that we all seek. May God grant us success and success.
